We have absolutely no record of ever having received $55.00 from anyone named Mike, from anyone in Southampton -- in any Southampton anywhere -- on or about 3 July 2002.
Although our e-mail address since has changed and we experience computer problems, we accept payment and send merchandise offline only.
Our three-page Web site, http://USABrassKnuckles.tripod.com/, has our telephone number and our physical address on each page. Whoever filed this complaint never used either of these means to contact us.
If we are furnished compelling, credible evidence, such as a cancelled cheque (both sides), this individual indeed paid what he said he paid when he said he paid it, we will reimburse him or fill his order at no further cost to him. Failing that, we would appreciate your reconsidering the legitimacy of the complaint against us.
