My mother, age 90, ordered 4 bras on March 20 from US Mail Order Exchange. The check for $31.75 was cashed on Mar. 25. They sent a postcard in June, saying that the order had been delayed and would be shipped July 7.

The order still had not been received on July 22, so she sent them a letter to inform them that she was still waiting.

On Sept. 12, when she still had not received the order, she wrote again.

I went online today to find out that this is a common problem! What can she do to get a refund?
