I ordered a gift online off FB. They charged my credit card on July 29th for $54.90, and have been waiting for this since then. 

I have tried to reach out to them numerous times, with a email stating it was sent and it wouod take 12 - 20 days for delivery. Now, 2 months later and still nothing.
