 Ups420.com is one of several unlicensed scam websites operated by Brendon and Mayumi Kennedy and set up to defraud medical marijuana patients. Brendon has been ripping off Southern California medical marijuana patients since 2011 under various names, most notably Clone Queen Genetics and THCplant.com. In 2013, Brendon Kennedy and Clone Queen Genetics were banned from doing business in the state of California by the California Secretary of States office for failure to pay taxes. After several years of negativite reviews and complaints from patients over the products received from Brendon Kennedy and his unlicensed sham companies, Brendon has begun operating his cannabis clone scam business under a host of new names: UPS420.com, Googleweed.com, OG9.com, OG Hydro and Delivery and several more. All of these entities are unlicensed, and Brendon uses a fake business address in Rancho Cucamonga to hide from the hundreds and hundreds of medical patients he has defrauded. Over the years, Brendon has continued to peddle cannabis clones of unverified genetics, fake genetics, hermaphrodites, male plants sold as females, and plants riddled with fungus, powder mildew and a host of insects from spider mites to thrips to root aphids. Brendon falsely claims that his clones are raised in laboratories and warehouses, when in fact they are raised in residential homes by inexperienced growers. If you look at the job listing section of UPS420.com, you'll see Brendon advertising for people with spare bedrooms and garages for people to grow his clones for him utilizing those spaces. A far cry from a laboratory or professional warehouse space. This is one of the many lies Brendon Kennedy uses to lure in unsuspecting new patients. Another trick Kennedy uses is the planting of hundreds of fake five star reviews on the internet on sites like Google, Yelp, Facebook and more. Kennedy and his illegal businesses have been banned from prominent cannabis websites like Leafly, WeedMaps, Budtrader and Budbay. Brendon Kennedy has been a long time parasite stealing and leeching off of the medical marijuana community and he has been forced to continually adopt new business names as word of his fraudulent, criminal activity spreads. Currently, Kennedy is running his criminal enterprises with his wife Mayumi from a small, dilapidated house located at (((REDACTED))), Newport Beach. Brendon drives a 2012 Toyota Landcruiser which is parked in the alley behind his rental unit. His rental unit is currently for sale and he may be on the move again soon. Please heed this warning and stay far away from the various fraudulent scam businesses of Brendon and Mayumi Kennedy.
