Universal Van Lines, Global Van Lines ripoff they will hound you to make the sale then lump all kind of extra charges on the deal. They do not deliver on time and don't return phone calls once there is a problem. The customer service is very poor with outrageous prices and damaged property. They will hold your furniture hostage. They are horrible. They will not return your phone calls once there is a problem but will hound you by phone, email in order to make the sale. They do not deliver the promises the make to you at the sale. There organization is horrible and no has accountability for what has been promised you. They will then lump extra charges once they have your furniture and will keep it until you pay-charge you storage, redelivery fees etc. you will have to go to court.
