I ordered the package on 1/2/2003, received the package on 1/5. That cost was $39.95. On 1/10 I received a called from Rick at universal business strategies. He offered me the opportunity to purchase 1-900 lines. I ordered 3 lines at the cost of $339.00
I looked over the package of the numbers and decided I wasn't interested. I tried to call to get my refund. Now it is May 22nd and I still can not get through to speak to anyone about a refund. I just would like to get my $339 back.

I purchased a product for $399, that had a money-back gaurentee, that if your product (900 number) did not make you money in one year, then your $399 would be returned to you.
I never made any money!!!
I purchased this,in October of 2001, and in December of 2002 I called the company and actually talked to some one that promised me that I would receive my $399 back on my credit card, or a check if that credit card would not go through because I informed them that I had nolonger had that credit card...
I have been waiting and trying to talk to someone ever since then... All the numbers that I tried for the company are busy or disconnected... What can I do??? Please Help!!!!!!!!! Thank you, ..
