Uniters NA sold me a mattress warranty thru JC Penney Los Alamos New Mexico
I purchased a 10 year matress warranty in December of 2015 from Uniters NA thru JC Penney and the I have been trying for one year to get warranty support and both companies are refusing to assist me. JC Penney says they just sold the warranty but have no responsibility and Uniters NA claims that the warranty isnt really a warranty and they will not honor the purchase.
