Complaint Review: United Water Restoration Group Inc. New Port Richey

My experience with Carlos the Co-owner of United Restoration Group Inc. of Tampa and Port Richey FL. has been awful and I have received Very poor customer service from this company. Mr. James Cranfield and Mike Team Leader of Port Richey Fl. Office 8249 Kristel Circle Port Richey FL.  Has been nothing short of being dishonest and deceitful.

This company has no customer service or tactfulness. They are very manipulative and lie about issues that are not true only to make a deal and receive your insurance money from you. United Restoration Group Inc. Team Leader Mike tried to sweep my complaint under the rug and did not take it seriously. This company staff cannot be trusted. 

Customers Beware!! I give this company an F- Please do not do any business with United Water Restoration Group Inc. of Florida. They are also being investigated by the IRS for insurance fraud. Please see other complaints posted by other dissatisfied customers of United Water Restoration Group.

It took United 32 days to get our clothing back from a flood we had months ago. Let alone destroying some of our furniture. Some of our clothing came back to us in a worse condition when they left. They did not follow the scope of work directed by the Environmentalist and caused more damage by not doing so.  Alpha Environmental failed there work.

United's technician Knocked over my wife jewelry box and put a huge scratch in bathroom cabinet door, and broken many pieces of her fine jewelry due to their negligence and being in a hurry. There was still mold spores and mildew on this item that was to be cleaned and never was. This was brought to my attention by Alpha Environmental services.

This company lies and finger points all the time. I do not TRUST THEM!! Please do yourself a BIG favor and do not do business with (UNITED RESTORATION GROUP INC of Tampa and the Port Richey Florida Location. This is a very unprofessional and Poor Customer Service company.

They will not answer your phone calls or emails if you have a dispute with them. As you can see by there post they said I would not co-operate with them. This is nothing but a Bold Face Lie!!! Now that they know the insurance check has been issued they are bending over backwards to resolve these issues to receive their Money.

Being a First line supervisor for the Dept. of Defense and overseeing 65 technicians of all building trades with 38 years of service. My advice to everyone is to stay as far away from this unprofessional company as you can. United Water Restoration Group of Tampa and Port Richey of Florida cannot be trusted I give them an F-You will be very sorry and dissatisfied if you do any business with United Water Restoration Group.

While it is unfortunate that Ripoff Report has no guidelines or restrictions for allowing untrue and fraudulent postings, United Water Restoration Group, Inc. would like to respond.

The review provided by Mr. Hugendubler is saturated with false claims, unfounded accusations and misleading information.  United Water Restoration made several attempts to resolve any issues with the customer but was unable to because the customer refused to communicate with our company.  While we can go in to detail and back up with documentation the actualities regarding the clothing, jewelry, time-frame, etc., for this claim, we would like to instead provide details on what has allowed
our company to grow and expand throughout the entire state of Florida and beyond.   United Water Restoration has built a reputation of trust, honesty, customer service and strives each and every time to ensure customer satisfaction.  We handle a large volume of claims per month in this region and have a 97% satisfaction rate among our customers.  We know that customer concerns and even mistakes are inevitable, however, we take as much care in resolving these issues as we do in performing a job.  We have received hundreds of reviews over the years stating outstanding service, quality and care.  Timeliness, thoroughness and following protocol is what has allowed our company to build partnerships with many property management companies, communities, hotels and high-rises as well as local and national supply and building companies not to mention thousands of homeowners.  We have outstanding reviews which can be viewed on our website www.unitedwaterrestoration.com as well as our social media channels.

Again, it is unfortunate that ex employees, non-customers and un-founded complaints made by
customers are allowed to be posted without any filter and made to mislead and negatively influence prospective customers.
