When i initially set up the account with UNITED BANK CARD they were very polite and atentive to all of my buissness needs. As time went on i have noticed that they were taking fees out of my account that were not disclosed to me. When i confroted them they released the funds but not all statef that they would have to look into it. When i contacted my bank to see where my funds were from the credit cards which we batched they said to me, that nothing was deposited when i contacted the united bank card they said it because i had 3 chargebacks in one month. So they withheld 17000 dollras and re stillholding on to it i have since contacted them and asked them to release the funds they refused saying it is in fine print of the contract. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commision, BBB and they stated that this company has countless complaints regarding this type of buissness prcatice. I am now looking to start a class action suit if you have a complaint with this company call me (((ROR redacted)))

United Bank Card (UBC) services over 100,000 merchants, as a result UBC takes any customer service compliant regardless of origin seriously. Although the percentage of customer service issues that occur are miniscule when compared to the size of the entire customer base some issues are reported to external entities. United Bank Card will make every attempt to resolve these issues in an amicable fashion.
