This company is the worst merchant account company that you can sign up with. They are fairly new, so they have no reviews, plus they go around spamming message boards. You can check, their sales people go around posting messages, and pitching united bank cards, on different message boards.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company will hold your money hostage even after you have shipped the products and have proof of shipment. They also constantly harass your customers on a regular basis by calling them and "checking validity" of the transaction. Then they will cancel your account without informing you, just because you dont hold all the products in your office location. So if you have a warehouse, that does not count. THEY WILL HOLD YOUR PAYMENT HOSTAGE FOR 6 MONTHS!!! This is even worse than Paypal!!!

DO NOT USE UNITED BANK SERVICE OR UNITED BANK CARD.

They are complete frauds! And, Good luck trying to get a hold of a supervisor. It is impossible to speak to them. The customer reps are clueless.

Don't shop with RegencyShop. Hold The Money, as I am still waiting for my credit card company to refund my money from this phony business. I am glad as The Customer I am protected when using a credit card upto 6 months.

Its funny how you pretend to be responding to my complaint, but you do not bother to contact me when I left you two voicemails and two emails. Here is the copy of the email below, it was sent to you on the 13th.

Please do not pretend to be customer-friendly to secure new accounts. If you are actually serious about resolving problems then contact me, then I will indeed say that you resolved my problems.

But, do not try to mislead potential businesses seeking merchant accounts, by lying and pretending to be helpful.
