On 6/11/2018 I placed an order for a knife advertised on their website.  The order status was changed on 6/21/2018 and updated to "Completed".  The site states single item orders take 2-5 business days for processing and then 5-10 days for shipping.  It's now July 31, 2018 and I have not received my order. 

I have sent numerous emails through their website and made multiple calls to their listed phone number during there limited phone call time frame.  I have also posted messages on their Facebook page and have yet to receive any response in any form.  My next attempt will be to contact the corporate office in Lakeland, FL and see if I can get any human response.
