Complaint Review: Unicare Insurance Company & Ford Motor Claims

Unicare is the administrator for Ford Motor Company disability insurance program. However, Unicare uses deceptive, confusing, and misdirection to deny your claim for disability. I went through a process that actually made me more ill than when it started. Ford Motor is aware of how Unicare operates. It is almost impossible for a person who is very sick to fight for their benefits and they use this to their gain. The stress the caused me was unbelievable. They send you to many IMO's to try and deny your claim. Most claims are denied and sent to Ford Motor for consideration. Something has to be done with Unicare and this degrading process. I went through all this pain and in the end received social security disabilily benefits resulting in full reimbursement to Ford for all the paid me. How ironic.
