Complaint Review: Unicare Insurance and Ford Motor Company

Unicare Insurance and Ford Motor Company Keeping trying to deny parts of my claims, citing they have not received the proper paperwork from Henry Ford Hospital. I personally walked in computer generated forms from Henry Ford Hospital, Blue Cross Blue Shield and their own forms filled out by my doctors, which they claim they can't read. Dearborn Michigan

I work for Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan. I went on medical leave January 5, 2017. I have been filing reports with Unicare, also in Dearborn, Michigan. i have been filing everthing as I supposed.  But when I go to update my medicaal leave by my doctors at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan, both Ford Motor Company and Unicare keeps giving different information on how it should be filed. This has cause three weeks to two months delay in me getting paid. I am schedule to have surgery five days from filing this report, and don't know if I will have a house or car when I am discharged, due to the ongoing delays and denials.
