US UNGUE Did not deliver item paid for ABBEYLANDS,NAVAN MEATH Abbeylands Navan Meath
In early November 2022 I ordered a jacket from this company, it was supposed to be delivered by the end of the month. I did not receive the package so I emailed the company and promptly received an email stating that my quest was being reviewed and that someone from the company would get back with me. Eventually I received an email with a tracking number (I paid for 'delivery insurance' - though the additional cost was only 25 cents).
According to the tracking service, my package was delivered on Christmas day. I was home all day on Christmas and we never received the package. I have emailed the company several times to inquire about this and have not received any further communication from the company.
