excuses no refunds for months managers did not help

REPLACEMENT MACHINE IF THE ONE YOU RECEIVED DOES NOT WORK, LIKE MINE .

FOR MONTHS, 8, I CALLED THEM AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE A COUPLE OF EXCUSES THEY WILL USE, EXCUSES AFTER A LONG TIME WAITING FOR MY CALL TO BE ANSWER, THEY WILL TELL ME THINGS LIKE,

WAIT FOR 10 TO 14 DAYS, YOU WILL GET YOUR REPLACEMENT SOON
WE CAN NOT ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE MOMENT, SOMEONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY IS WORKING ON YOUR ACCOUNT RIGHT NOW AND YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK
TALKING WITH MANAGERS OR SUPERVISOR WILL NOT DO ANY GOOD
EMAILS , LOTS OF EMAILS WITH MORE EXCUSES LIKE, WE WILL SEND YOUR MACHINE TODAY FROM THE MAIN OFFICE, SORRY FOR ALL THE TROUBLE BUT YOU WILL GET IT.

ANYWAY THOSE ARE JUST A FEW EXCUSES

HERE IS HOW TO GET ATTENTION AND I MEAN RIGHT AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE

WRITE AN EMAIL TO BBB
FILE A COMPLAIN ON LINE, IT IS SO SIMPLE.

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE HOW FAST ULTIMATE CHOPPER WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, I GOT TWO EMAILS RIGHT AWAY, THE SAME DAY FROM THEM SAYING THEY WERE SENDING ME THE REPLACEMENT THAT SAME DAY, SORRY SORRY FOR ALL THE TROUBLE YOU WILL GET IT TOMORROW, THEY PAID FEDERAL EXPRESS AND THE MACHINE WAS AT MY DOOR THE NEXT DAY, I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.
