Complaint Review: Ultimate Chopper LLC

I ordered an Ultimate Chopper several months ago, and it took forever to receive it. On September 20, 2004, I phoned Customer Service to request another top to the chopper, as mine was cracked.

I have spoken to over 18 different representatives for nearly seven months now. I've been told the tops were back ordered. I've been told the top was shipped. The latest, speaking to "Rick", the top was shipped via Federal Express on March 14th. To date, I have not received the top. Calling back, I'm once again told the tops are on back order.

I've reported the problems three times to the Better Business Bureau; however, my complaints have gone ignored. Apparently "Ultimate Chopper/Sylmark" must pay BBB to keep their records clean, as they are reported with a Satisfactory rating, which is absolutely impossible.

Frankly, I think the prerequisite for becoming a representative with "Ultimate Chopper LLC" is, one must be incompetent, a liar, and border on ignorance.

After seven months, where's the promised Ultimate Chopper top?
