I have made 3 ring purchases with UBID, the 1st  and second one was described correctly, the other  was not. It was listed in the ad as Gcolor SI2. Upon delivery and inpection it sappeared darker in color almost a brown tint. I took it to my Jeweler and he took one look at it and asked I hope u didnt pay for than 100.00 for it cuz this stone is not very good. I told him about the G color and he said not even close. So i initiated a return and recieved the instructions to return it in which I did. Its been over a month, their policy states within 20 days, I have called and emailed to no resolve. My next step would be the attorney generals office in which they have to respond to that. I'm almost thinking by the others that have had problems that a class action should be in the works. To me without getting my money returned they have my item they should be held accountable. They use different vendors and this one I dont believe is very truthful. He uses a Jewelry report that is mass produced from a copy machine, and the jewelry authentication report isnt even registered anywhere in this country. So if anyne wants to start a class action I'm in.
