I purchased a Sony notebook which was bad on arrival. Performed very slow and 2 weeks later I had an engineer check it, who found that it was defective. I returned it to Ubid but they charged me 15% restocking fee amounting to $342.69 and refused to recognize the fact that the notebook computer was defective form the very start. For the record, here's my order number: B915****.
