I ordered a test kit on their website. It is an electronic device at 250$ that is supposed to be used in educationnal purpose.

Two month after, having no news about the delivery, i send them a mail, with no answer. 6 more tries within 6 month there was still no answer.

That is when they answered after 6 month, exactly when their warranty expires, to send me the product.

This product is not functionning properly at all, and they are using their warranty rule to let me hanging with it. Now they are not answering anymore.
