Although Ty Ty Nursery has product guarante on their plants, they told me they won't honor it unless my total order is $65. I don't need any nursery stock. I should not have to have a minimum order for them to honor my guarantee, that is not a plant guarantee. This was told to me last week on the phone. Today I was told I couldn't talk to a manager for customer support. This company has many negative reports.
