I hired Two small men with big hearts to move my belongings from Courtenay, BC to Kingston, ON. To begin with, they were 5 days late picking up my things, and the delivery to Kingston was 8 days late.

Upon delivery I discovered 3 boxes missing and several items damaged. I contacted the company 9 times during a 3 week period following the delivery. I had absolutely NO response from the company.

And at one point I had a dipatch officer yell at me over the phone saying "I don't need a lecture from you on how our company is run", and then he slammed the phone down in my ear.

It has now been 6 weeks since my belongings (or lack there of) arrived, and I have not been compensated. The claim's officer, "Brian", has sent me forms which state that the company is not liable for lost items.

Two small men will give me 60 cents per pound for lost items, after I pay them a $100-$250 deposit. In total they lost about $1500 worth of my belongings, and the compensation would work out to roughly $20.00.

I am outraged and absolutely appauled at their lack of professionalism, and committment to service. I wonder how this company stays in business????

Thank you for you time.
