Complaint Review: Tv2000

I bought a satellite dish from Tv2000 and am not happy with the service at all. The dish doesn't even work right and when I try to contact the company asking them to take back the dish, they ignore me completely. They won't return any kind of contact I try to pursue. I'm not asking for any kind of refund on the dish, just that they come get it and cancel the charge for it. They are trying to charge me over $1,000 for the dish! I just want this nightmare to end.
