Tully Rinckey LLC Legal Services Not Rendered Albany New York
My son and I went to Tully Rinckey LLC for legal services. They gave us positive feedback and told us what they were going to do. A $2500 retainer did not save us, as this firm suddenly forgot our number, but did a lot of INSIDE consultation and sending memeos to each other. Less than a month later we were left on our own and guessing what to do.
They sent me a one Inch thick Dossier telling us all the things, THEY DID NOT do. I've complained to the NY Att. General, NY Bar Ethics Board & BBB and have gotten no where. They have worked 'Harder' to explain away the work they didn't do for us, than they did while in our employ.
When one reads other reviews & complaints it's apparent that this is Par for the Course with them. It cost me $1000's to realize the money was flushed. The System is Broken. The Great Unwashed are on our own. What else can we do but be sarcastic and warn each other. Tully Rinckey LLC. RUN AWAY!!!

The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body nor is it part of ANY law enforcement body! The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to do anything! Are you aware of that? The ONLY purpose of the BBB is to SELL their PHONY accreditations and ratings to ANY business which wants to buy into the BBB con-game. The BBB goes to great lengths to DECEIVE the public into thinking they are have some sort of law enforcement powers...that's why they refer to themselves as "the bureau". Don't fall for the BBB-BS. They are NOT your friend! They make tons of money from their con-game!
