I purchased some CBD oil from this company on 9/12 to my address but it was but was shipped to The Wrong Address. I called the post office to ask them to pick up the package and shipped to the correct address and they told me that who ever lived at that address actually stole my package. They told me to contact the sender and file a claim so I call the sender back and they completely gave me the run around 5 times .
I have been hung up FIVE Customer Reps backs to back by the names of: Kate twice, Lois twice, Supervisor Anna!!!! and Haven. When I called back and asked for a manager Haven gave me a person by the name of Joan and went on to say that she was on the phone and to call back in 30 minutes. So I called back again and asked for another manger and she went onto say she did not have any mangers names after she gave me Joans name then she went on to just ramble random names again she hung!! This company is definitely a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from them at all!!! You will definitely regret it especially if they don’t want resend the product to you. They are going to try and scam you out of more money by offering a 14-day free trial and then you will have to pay $95 for the product!!! The thing that gets me is why are you selling CBD under a skincream name Huh????? SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!SCAM!!!!!
