Complaint Review: TRUTHFINDER

TRUTHFINDER After reading everyone else's experience with Truthfinder I am hopeful others read these reviews before they waste any money. Not much more to add. Will pursue the issue with the Federal Trade Commission for the refund I deserve. Customer service is non-responsive and non responsible. SAN DIEGO California

My order date for 1 month was 8/18/2017. They began billing me on 7/23/2017 ande billed me until 1/17/2018. Automatic withdrawal, not on the same date each month. The information I received was so incomplete it wasn't useful. I cancelled immediately by phone. Written confirmation of cancellation from them on 2/8/2018. I'm filing a claim with the FTC.
