Complaint Review: Trust Auto

Fahriddin Kurbanov and this place flat out lied about their prices just to get me in the door. they disclose on their site the additional fee's but told me that they would wave them if i showed up that day. i took time off from work and drove 2.5 hours to get there. they decided after i was there that they would not honor the price quoted to me and that the additional charges would apply ( $1900 ).

i had been given verification that the price of the car on their site would not have any additonal fee's but they flat out lied to me and wasted my time. they will do and say anything to hook you to come in and then when you get there the owner fred or a manager says they never agreed to lowering the price. the owner claims that engilsh is his second language and that i misunderstood what he meant. i also overheard a couple fighting inside. they were sold a car that had a fresh md inspection which is required prior to selling, however when they had the car checked out by another place, that place said that the car was not even safe to drive.

when i got home i researched them which i should have done prior to going there. i discovered fred was pretty much kicked out of virginia because of his shaddy business practices and had like $5000 in fines he had to pay the state because of their lies. his BBB was pretty much an F+. below is the site i found about this jackass . feel free to go to page 5 where they will talk about trust auto when they were in viriginia. they use the same pictures of the dealer in virginia because the place in maryland looks like a dump site. it looked like half the lot had salvaged cars sitting there which was another red flag.
