The trusii company representative, Jeff Taraday, told me about a program they were running for people that were ill and needed help. It would be a case study, and for our participation, they would reimburse us for the price of the machine, less about 10%. So my payment would be approximately $376 per month, and they would send me a monthly check for $350. In return, I would track my health and fill out a medical questionnaire monthly and post a social media post.

I believe they have also violated HIPPA laws. I don't know where my medical records are and who has access to them. We never signed any release or anything about HIPPA.

They said their machine the Hydrogenated water would help me. I had multiple cancers, and the chemo and radiation had left damage in my body, lots of damage, they had me fill out a form and indicate everything that was wrong with me. I believe this violated my HIPPA Rights.

If they felt the machine's water could help me with my health issues, I would be accepted into the program. I was allowed; they claimed that it would help me with my neuropathy, joint pain, tendonitis, chemo brain, memory loss, and energy levels.

If accepted, Trusii would provide me with a machine, I would take out a loan with a company that they had an agreement with, the company was United Consumer Financial Services, and they would reimburse me for my payments if I filled out a form monthly on my progress and posted social media posts.

No contract with Trusii was ever signed, they just sent the machine. The finance company did not check my credit or request any documentation or proof of income. The next thing you know, a machine arrived. The Financial Company immediately started calling me requesting that I send proof of income and all sorts of documents.

I sent the requested documents, and I never received a contract from trusii, I emailed and sent texts repeatedly and finally got a contract, and the amount for the reimbursement was wrong. It was supposed to be $350 per month.

Eventually, I received a contract for the correct amount. I never received compensation from trusii; 2 weeks after receipt of the machine, they sent an email stating I had been disqualified due to not fulfilling my obligations of filling out a questionnaire and or posting on social media.

I asked repeatedly for the contract and also instructions on what my responsibilities were and how to proceed with their requirements and did not get a response. I had only had the machine less than a month when they said I wasn't qualified. The finance required payment within the first two weeks of having the machine.

With repeated emails, phone calls, and texts, I received one reimbursement check that was not the correct amount as per their promised contractural amount, and again, with repeated requests two months later, I received a second reimbursement check for $350. That is all I have ever received.

I do get emails, where they said, we aren't going to pay you "right now" because we are restructuring, then emails saying all of our requirements have changed, then emails saying we want to change the structure of our agreement with you... Never any more checks, ever. I completed all of my requirements monthly, even when they made them so outrageous and time-consuming.

I was hoping that they were genuinely going to do the right thing. They never did, I quit posting and realized that this was a scam. I feel like the financial company is a part of it. They should never have paid trusii before they had checked my credit, and Trusii should never have sent a machine out without a contract.

Trusii is fraudulent in their claims to help sick, desperate people with a device that they claim will heal us and improve our health. Convincing us to take out a loan on a machine that is overpriced by at least three times and telling us that it is a case study, and they will pay for the machine. Lies, lies, lies. They lied to me and many others. I now have a huge bill that is nearly impossible to pay with nearly $3,000 worth of interest tacked onto it.
