I made two purchases at your store on front Street yesterday and in very disappointed. I spent over $2500 and have not used any of the products that I purchased yet. However, the associate at the store used the serum in a pump under my right eye and on my forehead and a mask on the right side of my throat. We are on a cruise ship in Maui and by the time we return to the ship my eye was swollen and red and my throat was the same way. The store was closed at that point. I phoned the store this morning and spoke with an associate and said I was going to return the items and was told to return to the store. I also emailed customer service and did not receive a response.My husband took a taxi that cost $200 to get from Maui to the front Street store only to be told that they do not except returns or exchanges and that it’s on the bottom of the receipt. He promptly handed her both receipts and there is no statement on either receipt. She was very apologetic but said she did not have authorization and could not get hold of her manager. She then said she couldn’t return them because they have been opened which they have not. I have two bags of items and not one of them has been open. I am in a wheelchair and did not go with my husband because we were so short on time for him to return to the cruise port as our ship is leaving. I found the phone number on the business card that the associate gave us yesterday only to find out that it is not even on front street it is on Wailea. No response from Customer Service via emails
