Below is a copy of one of the many emails I sent to ask for help with my problem. I have made several phone calls durning their normal business hours. All I get is a message to call back during normal business hours. Leaving a message is not an option. I have sent many emails to all the addresses listed on their website, voice mail and my original sales receipt. No responce from anyone. After many weeks/months, I have exhausted all avenues of communications so I made a decision to report my problem here. 

Hello truckgeardirect, I left you a message on ebay and didn't hear back. I then left you an email message on the email address you have listed on your website and didn't hear back. I just tried to call you and even though it was during normal business hours no one answered and I was unable to leave a message. I found this email address on my original sales receipt and also was informed to email you at this address per your phone answering machine. I hope this works.

I purchased the stainless model F-182(SS) brush guard on 5/30/2018 for my 2012 Dodge RAM 3500. Yesterday I noticed the guard was a little loose and I tried to tighten things up. I found all the nuts and bolts to be tight. After further inspection I noticed, the mounting brackets have started to crack at the 90-degree bends.



I see this item is covered under a Lifetime warranty? I have attached a copy of my original receipt to this email. I look forward to hearing from you soon and thanks for your help.
