Complaint Review: Troy Rabidoux

Troy Rabidoux originated our mortgage awhile back.  He was so nice and very knowlegable on what are needs were so we signed up with him.  we sent him all the papers he asked for and he said we were approved right away.  This was all not true. 

We never heard again from the guy till the day before closing when he said the rate jumped up.  It was a shock because rates had been going down for 5 years.  We were stuck and Troy Rabidoux dupped us.  His fees went up but we could do nothing.  I would get things in writing with Troy. 

He fails to answer the phone when needed and he becomes permanently unavailable right before you need him the most.
