First I got a mail from them:
"Thank you for being a loyal member of
TriviaBox.com. Unfortunately we have find
that you already seen most of the questions
in our database. This may create an unfair
environment for other players of our
website. Therefore, we have no choice but
to temporarily suspend you account. After
updating our website we will re-activate
your account.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience,"

Then I told them I wanted to withdraw the money and they asked for this: " A clear copy of a valid identification card (Government ID, Passport, Driving
License etc.) which includes your picture,
date of birth and your name.
A proof of address, each of the following
document would be satisfactory bank
statement, credit card statement, tax
statement etc.

I answered:"If you send me a check with the
money: this will be enough proof of
my identity,otherwise I wouldn't be able to
withdraw the money you send, right? The bank will check my identity. You've never seen me before so you wouldn't recognize me anyway if you see my photo."

Well, I've sendt many mails to them but they ignore me with the following answer:"From some reason your previous email was tracked as SPAM and therefore have not arrived to our mailbox"
They answered because I told them I would report them.
This has happened also to my boyfriend, his son, some friends of us, and other people we used to play with on the site.
