This investment scam entices people to believe they are investing with as little as a $1,000 to make an incredible return; but once you invest and see your incredible return, your account is frozen due to the high return requiring you to pay to upgrade with another $4,000. Sylvester Hutman and those associated with him in the chat will lay out that there are no more upgrades; but when your investment yields a $80,000 return, the account is frozen again requiring you to pay the $13,000 upfront in order to get the rest of your money.
