Complaint Review: Triangle Appliance

Triangle Appliance replaced a defective part to my dishwasher and said the problem was fixed Kenosha, Wisconsin

After I described the leaking that my downstairs neighbor had noted, Triangle checked and immediately determined the door gasket was the problem. The promptly replaced it and said my problem was solved.

A few days later, I ran a dishwasher cycle, confident that all was ok. A few days later, the same neighbor said there had been another leak, that persisted 10 minutes and stopping on its own.

 Thibnking perhaps it was not related to the dishwasher, I asked when this had happened. He gave me the date and time, which I traced back to the only time I had run the dishwasher since Triangle's attempted repair. I called Triangle the following business day and described the situation. They said they would get right back to me and schedule something.

 

Now Triangle is denying any possible wrongdoing by refusing to follow up.
