Complaint Review: Trending VIP

Trending VIP is advertising a knit blanket all over Facebook. They show pictures of a woman wrapped in the blanket. I purchased the blanket in the largest size but it is in centimeters. Once received it was a micro mini blanket only good enough to line a puppy bed. It was made so cheaply of what seems to be poly fibers from the inside of a cheap pillow.It is complete garbage & falls apart.

I tried to return it. Customer service gave me a retrun address but it is in China and the customer is responsible for return charges which are close enough to the same price of the blanket. It didnt matter I wanted it out of my hands & wanted at least part of my money back. My courier service needed a tel# & contact name to complete the return. I tried several time to get this info from the Tranding VIP customer service but they did not reply no matter how many times I requested it. You can't get your money back until they receive the blanket & I could not get what i needed to ship the blanket. This is a total ripoff & scam to steal your money. Beware
