Complaint Review: Trend and Nerd

I bought some leggings from this site that was advertising on instagram.  3 weeks after purchase, I reached out to them because I had not received my items.  They first advised to check the status of my order online.  I had already checked online and my order was showing as still processing.  I told them that, and the responded by saying that the delay was caused by Chinese New Year.  However, I put my order in 3 WEEKS BEFORE Chinese New Year, so they're full of s**t on that one.  I requested a refund, and have not heard back from them since. 

I'm not the only one who has this problem with them.  They advertise on Instagram, and multiple people have left comments telling them that they're not getting their orders.  The company has been deleting the comments, and they even blocked me. 

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!!
