TRAILHEAD MARKETING FAILED TO CANCEL SERVICE AFTER EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CANCELLATION Portland Oregon

This company does not give you an email address to correspond with them. Wanting to cancel my service with them I search for an hour online until I found their email address here on the BBB site Reception@trailheadmarketing.net. I preceded to email them to cancel my  service and left a message for someone to call me. two days later a young man called me and tried for and half an hour to hard sell me into not cancelling my service.  I made it very clear that my call was an official notification of cancelation. I requested an email to confirm my cancellation. He told me that at the end of the business day that an automated email would be generated and sent to me. I followed their instructions regarding cancellation "CANCEL 3 BUS DAYS PRIOR TO 9TH OF EACH MONTH". Now it's four day's later and no email. Also my credit card was just charged another $159.00. I ADVISE NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
