Bought a Rip Tunes MP3 Player for my 10 year old. the player never worked properly; could only use it for 20 minutes, would not charge, stylus would not function.  Exchanged for another unit...same problem...this was a Christmas gift...their policy is 45 days for a refund. They were of no help to get me a refund and the manufacturer does not stand behind their product to offer your money back. This retailer should stand behind their customers better.  They do not.
