Toyota GAP Discoverage Rip off Buyer Beware! AThey ruined my credit!
I was involved in an accident with my Toyota Corolla when I discovered that my GAP insurance coverage that I though I had and requested was not included with my vehicle. To make matters worst, when my insurance company (GEICO) paid for the total lost, $300 remained as the balance for the car. Toyota fraudulently reported my credit with them as a paid charge-off for the total cost of the vehicle $19,000. Seven years with that fraudulent negative credit item on my report. Toyota Motor Credit ruin my credit and my ability to purchase another car.
Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!!!

You may want to find the claim for total loss paid by Geico to show it was paid off. Get copy of payment of $300.00 to show payment to Toyota. This may work if you were not deliquent. Send the information to the credit reports. File a complaint with the FTC, your state ATG, BBB they don't have enforcement capabilities. Contact a lawyer that deals with FCRA and sue them for destroying your reputation with malice.
