Complaint Review: total home protection/cross country home warranty

total home protection/cross country home warranty had a service person come to repair our fridge , the service person said the thermostat was bad and they tried to find one to fix and said part was unavailable for this fridge! sent in report that their recommendation was to replace the fridge ! Fort Lauderdale Florida

report was filed by service person to replace fridge, we contacted the warranty company and the said it was being investeigated which has now been way over 10 days they said it would take! we have lost food becaus the fridge have ben flucuating so bad in temperature. we have called at leats 4 times or more and have asked to talk to operators supervisor to no avail. they said it is in process and they will contact us. we have no way of talking to anyone above an operator!! very frustrating! I would not recommend them to anyone at this point I just need to them to honor their contract and send us the money to purchase a new refrigerator as they say in their booklet they claim they will do!!! Can anyone help us out on what to do next??
