Top Line Jaguar (aka Top Line, aka Debbie Harrill) have stolen a car I had repaired using a bogus lien filing and sold my 1991 Jaguar after being paid the $8,500 up front. They did not complete the work for over a year.
The lien did not commply with the Statute in Virginia and they lied to the DMV to obtain the lien. It is suspect that Debbie Harrell kept the car for herself. In VA a judge needs to grant permission for a sale. NO JUDGE was invovled. This is illegal.
They are con artists theives and are hiding from every one because they have no credibility. Also, if you look at their website. Those testimonials are paid for by Top Line and scipted by them. Those are not real. George and Debbie Harrill will rip you off and steal you car or not fix it.
They could not find certain parts (supposedly) but I found the parts in a few hours. Top Line would not return calls about questions and why it was taking so long for very simple work. I also believe they removed parts off my car to use on other cars as they would not alllow me to see the car.
Any shop who asked for money up front should be suspect. I only did it because Tysons Corner Jaguar recomended them.
