Complaint Review: Tony Miller Construction

Tony Miller was building a house next door to mine.  His company damaged and at one point removed my temorary fence.  Tony quickly apologized and said he would fix the fence.  This never happened so I gave Tony the option to repair it or I would at my cost and send him an invoice.  He accepted that.  When completed I sent him an invoice at which time he agreed to pay both in email and voicemail.  Tony to this day has not paid.  After my final request he called me, cussed me out and hung up on me.  At one point he removed the fence, the local police were called and made contact with Tony.  A day later he returned the fence.
