Tonerland Did Not Honor Warranty Gardena California

We have been ordering cartridges for our HP printer here for years with no problem. With my most recent order, two of the three cartridges were defective. After being promised on the phone they would exchange them, I went in to the store but the staff refused an exchange saying they did not do refunds or exchanges. I pointed out to them the cartridges were defective (which they confirmed). They then offered a 20% discount if I purchased new cartridges. I said no, we called the day before and they confirmed they would exchange them. The staff came back and offered a 50% discount. I refused advising they needed to honor their warranty regardless if it was a new owner. Then I left.

Until this week, I always thought I was getting a good price with good quality and free delivery at $36 a cartridge. I left and found the equivalent cartridge for $19.99 with free delivery from wefixprinters.com. I will use them in the future. The staff at Tonerland were rude and would not honor the company's warranty. If I could give a 'no star rating', I would.
