T-Mobile Charged for service after I dropped them Federal Way Washington

I signed up for T-Mobile cell phone service about 2 years ago. It was $40 for one line. However, each month the rate went up. Very quickly it got up to $63 per month. Then they began charging another $5 for people like me that don't do finances on-line. That did it for me. I switched to Consumer Cellular 10 days before my next T-Mobile bill was due. CC informed T-Mobile of the switch. However, T-Mobile has devised a legal way of charging me for another month ($63), even after they are no longer my service. It seems their company motto is not customer service, but rather Greed.

Paid in arrears

Postpaid cell phone service is paid in arrears, so you would owe for the last month of service. Depending on when you cancel you could end up with two payments rather close to each other. It's always best to cancel service near the end of a billing cycle.
