TMOBILE VOICESTREAM ripoff Columbus Ohio
TMOBILE HA HA HA
They disconnected my telephones, I had 4 of them. Then they proceeded to charge me $200 per phone. I do not understand this bill at all. The representitive told me I had FREE LONG DISTANCE. Did she say within your minutes? NO Not Until after it was shut off! DID SHE SAY THERE IS A $200 PER PHONE IF IT IS DISCONNECTED! NO!
I now own 4 useless phones and in what I did read from the bill we were charged for calls made in the SO CALLED FREE TIMES. WHAT DO THEY CONSIDER LOCAL AND WHAT DO THEY CONSIDER LONG DISTANCE?
THERE WAS NO EXPLAINATION WHATSOEVER!
We now owe 1600 dollars and the coverage charges are $800
This is a RIP OFF and Not Worth any ones time or effort. Or MONEY!

When I changed my service to T-Mobile last year, they were very upfront about the terms of my plan, but I also went online to read what the details were, as well as getting the information verbally. I know that ALL companies charge an early termination fee if you cancel or are disconnected for nonpayment before the end of your one or two year term. T-Mobile does not have "off-peak" and, so the free time is weekends. What is local and long distance would also depend on your plan.
