Complaint Review: TLW Hair Products

I ordered and paid for items totaling $106.90. They sent one item totaling $14.90. I took it up with Mastercard and disputed the charge, they charged back TLW. I sent the information I had to the credit card company and they responded, telling me that in order to receive my money back I had to return the items. Guess what, I can't return what I never received.

Went back to TLW (after numerous emails being ignored) and contacted them via their Instagram account. I even shared my experience (or lack thereof) on their Instagram account and THEN I started hearing back from Angelika  - their contact person. She went on to tell me they'd been charged back, and that she'd go ahead and not only refund my money, but send me the order that I placed initially.

That all sounded good, until I started asking for tracking numbers. This circle-jerk asking for tracking numbers has been going on about a week now, until this morning when I got another response. When I asked where the tracking numbers were (that she promised a week ago) she sent me a link that had nothing scanned.

As much as i loved this company when I'd ordered from them and actually received what I'd paid for back in 2019, something has changed with this organization. 





Anyway, I've got pages of conversations with this Angelika person telling me how they're going to make it right, and still no verifiable tracking numbers. Buyer beware!

After providing documentation from my credit card company which backed my position, my money was refunded via PayPal.
