In the beginning of May 2009, I purchased flowers for my mother from 1-800-Flowers.com.  During the purchase, I was offered a rebate if I signed up to TLG Live Well.  There is no rebate.

After a recent problem with my finances, I began combing through my card's charges and found repeated charges of $38.99 to a company called TLG LIVE WELL, one I no longer remembered.  One quick google search gave me the phone number to call to have my membership removed (1-800-793-2318).  When I called, the operator was extremely rude and argued that I had, by checking some rebate box seven months ago, obviously agreed to let them scam more than $120 from me.

He stated that my membership has been ended, and that "an amount" would be credited to my account... but something tells me I won't be seeing that $120 again unless I bring a complaint up with my bank.
