Complaint Review: Titan Gas and Power

Titan Gas and Power Electric and gas supplier upped my rate by 400% after my contract supposedly expired and I was never notified and I dispute that my contract term was 6 months (it was one year). Springfield Ohio

I signed up in July 2018 for them to be my electric provider. They say my contract expired (after six months) on 2/1/19. My cost went from $66 to $245 - raising my electric bill for February to over $400 for the month (almost half of my bring home pay for the month).

I have tried to work it out with them. They say they have done nothing wrong, but they have cost me - in one month - way way more than they ever saved me.  It is a rip off
