Ordered a Benq W1000 projector on the 26th of December 2009,


I bought it from them because on the item description it said :


"Order today ships today" which is absolutly false and misleading.


Since last Saturday (6 days ago) I've spoken to no less than 6 different persons from their costumer service dept. who've all told me the same story one after the other


"It'll ship out tommorow", "you'll receive the shipping info tommorow", "a email has been sent to a manager","the manager sent a email to shipping to release the item" etc etc etc over and over. Bottom line is it's at the same status since Sunday "Not shipped yet" they were all feeding me the same lines not actually cheking anything, it's now Thursday an guess what... still hasn't shipped.


The worst was the email I received from them : "You should get it early next week", that's the entire email.....this was on the Tuesday and it hadn't shipped how can he say I'll receive it if it hasn't even shipped out? No "Hello" or "good morning" to start a email from costumer service?


Update Today Thursday 31st at 16:00 status = backordered just terrible......


 


Bad experience, false advertising, false claims of same day shipping, abysmal costumer service.
