I ordered a barebones system with the components I wanted. Many of the components were shipped separately and it took 6 weeks to get all the components so I could use the system.

Right away I started having trouble with defective parts, but was told they couldn't help me because the 30 day return had expired. I was referred to the vendors, most of whom did not respond to my requests or replace the defective merchandise.

I was told I couldn't get tech support because I didn't buy a complete system. I had to take my computer to a local repair shop, just to get it running. I am still having problems with it.

The rebates were bait and switch, offering big rebates, then in fine print taking most of them away. It took months to get what was left.

Besides months of frustration and inconvenience, This system has ended up costing me over 3 times the advertised price, and I am still having trouble with it.
