Is the last time will ever use ticketmaster.

Purchased tickets for a disney on ice event in Phoenix that canceled. Is fine it canceled right due to the coronavirus event cancelations. Got an email saying will not get 7-10 days and never got the refund back. Having to contact Ticketmaster and request a refund and not able to contact them. They do have an email care@ticketmaster.com which not expecting any response from them as they don't want to provide people to help their customers by phone instead they hide and are outright dishonest in saying refund would be recieved in 7-10 days which has long past that date.

Next option is to dispute charges on credit card since the company doesn't want to do the right thing.

Really sucks as the credit card companies probably all the same are having a very long hold time to reach the dispute department as the other option is to dispute items by mail which I do not trust that to get processed in a timely manner to get the refund so will wait and keep calling till get the dispute entered on the charge with the credit company.

Everyone needs to dispute all charges from ticketmaster and be quick to not settle for services that don't do or deliver on what they say.

If everyone does this it would probably speed up ticketmaster refunds as when a charge is disputed sometimes the vendor will get charged a fee. If they are charged a fee for all event cancelations it could bankrupt ticketmaster is something that could happen.

Would be better if ticketmaster could just do what they say they will do instead of being dishonest.

Will never use ticketmaster ever again for any tickets no matter what.

It is amazing in the height if the current situation, how SELFISH and ENTITLED some people think they are.  Seriously. Just about every single show has been cancelled, and the ones that haven't been cancelled have been rescheduled.

I am sure you got an e-mail that said 7-10 days, so did I, but I am also sure that e-mail is a "form letter" that goes out as standard process and in NORMAL circumstances would probably be right. But these are NOT normal circumstances.

I went to their site for the Disney Event and right on the information stating the show was cancelled it stated this from their site....

Refunds point of purchase only. Internet and Phone orders: Due to the current volume of canceled events, you should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 30 days.

Does it suck that you have to wait longer..of course. Should a company have been expected to anticipate this and planned for it..NO. Does EVERYONE need to be patient..YEP, and that is NOT just waiting for refunds from an event that was cancelled.

By the way, yes I too am also waiting on a refund from two events that have been cancelled but don't really expect it for another couple of weeks.
